Halloween! Well it's a new month and it's just a few days and it would be Christmas. I spent the whole day at the cemetery since it's All Saints' Day and Souls' day tomorrow. The tradition here is to spend time at the cemetery and pray for our departed relatives and friends. And after that, the whole family goes down to Noosa. One thing that made the day very uncomfortable was the heat. It was really very hot today and good thing where we stayed during the day, there was a roof and we were shaded from the intense heat. I just kept drinking cold water to just cool me off but it would only be temporary and the heat would take back its position and slowly fry us. Like what J. Zafra said, "Is the weather really hot or did I die and in hell?"
Driving home, I saw a funny scenario. Where I live, farm animals are still visible and they exist compared to city life where in you dont see any animals except for the metal animals pouring out fumes on the busy street. I saw this puppy in an open field and happilly chasing a rooster and they would run around. I somehow tried to understand the scene. The puppy, being innocent as it is, was just happilly playing as he chased the rooster. But I wondered what ran in the mind of the rooster. The puppy had the best game of his life playing chase while I think, the rooster got the biggest halloween scare trying to avoid the fangs of the puppy. The puppy was so cute but the rooster was running for dear life.
